This apartment is ideally situated in the Port of Dinan with stunning views of the port, and a short walk from an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. A leisurely walk along the river will lead you to the Rue du Petit Fort/ Rue du Jerzual, a beautiful cobbled street lined with traditional breton style houses dating from the 1400's, which leads up to the enchanting medieval town of Dinan. Where you will find many places of interest including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horlorge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Serverne, the Chateau, and of course the Ramparts.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with stunning views of the port and river from the lounge and dining room.

This house has electric heating. Nearby parking on road infront of apartment. (Please note this is not specifically reserved for house guests and is on a first come first serve basis). Linen bundles are available on request and are 15€ per person.

Nightly rates 65€ per night.
Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday. Generally the house is available on a Saturday change-over basis.
A 15% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
