This beautiful studio apartment located in the heart of medieval Dinan and close to a wonderful variety of restaurants, cafes and delightful boutiques. A short walk from the apartment are many places of interest, you will find many places of interest including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horloge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Saveur, the 14th century Chateau, and Ramparts. A must is a leisurely stroll down the rue du Jerzual, graced with marvellous examples of Breton homes dating from the 1400’s, which ends at the picturesque Port of Dinan. For your comfort the fully fitted kitchen is furnished with an electric cook and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, dryer, iron and ironing board. The Bathroom comprises a bath shower, basin, toilet and washing machine. The Bed/Sitting room comprises 2 single beds, wardrobe, 2 armchairs, coffee table, writing desk, TV with French channels, CD player / radio and internet connection. For your convenience all linen and towels are provided to our guests.

A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.
(During the low and medium seasons we will gladly accommodate you a start on another day of the week if we can. Please inquire.)
