This charming well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is situated at the popular Port of Dinan with fantastic views of the river and port.  A short walk from the apartment you will find an excellent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.  A leisurely walk along the river will lead you to the Rue du Petit Fort/ Rue du Jerzual, a beautiful cobbled street lined with traditional breton style houses dating from the 1400's, which leads up to the enchanting medieval town of Dinan.  Where you will find many places of interest including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horlorge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Serverne, the Chateau, and of course the Ramparts.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated and well equipped with:

• 1 bedroom with double bed.
• 1 bathroom with bath and power shower.

There is a shared court yard with outdoor furniture.

Important information:

·         Linen and towels are not provided, however these are available for rental on request for 15€ per bed.

·         Free parking is available on the road outside the apartment (please note that this is not specifically reserved for the apartment and is on a first come first serve basis).

·         Beaches - 20 k, Canal Path, cycling - 1 k, Swimming Pool - 3 k,
Golf courses throughout the region.

High Season     600€        28th June - 30th August

Mid Season      480€        19th April - 28th June; 30 Aug - 25;  20 Dec -3 Jan . 
Low Season     380€       25th Oct - 20th Dec

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.
However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-overs where possible.

A 15% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
