This gite offers 2 very large bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, and retains many original features including a beautiful fire place. There is a large private garden with traditional bread oven.
The property is ideally situated for the golfing enthusiast set amongst the 250 acres 18 hole golf course (largest golf course in Brittany), a short walk from the 17th century Priory, now the clubhouse. This beautiful course is laid out around the Mirloup lake, on the edge of the Mesmil forest. Golfing facilities include putting green, practice ground, coaching courses, equipment hire, trolley hire, golf car hire, pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant and bar. If golf is your hobby, this is the place to be.
This property is only 25 minutes from the medieval town of Dinan, 25 minutes from Saint Malo and Dinard, 10 minutes from Dol de Bretagne and 40 minutes from Mont. St. Michel.
The ground floor is graced with a large living area with stunning views of the Lake "Lac de Mirloup", a library, games and original fire place.
Also located on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and dining room.
Bedroom 1, furnished with a double bed is located on the ground floor with French doors leading out to the back garden.
The first of 2 shower rooms is situated on the ground floor.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and 2 single beds and private bathroon.

Important Information:
Cleaning service is provided twice weekly.
Linen and towels are provided to all guests.
This house has central heating.
Private parking is available to all guests.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00 hrs) the following Saturday.Generally the house is available on a Saturday change-over basis.
A 15% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.If the booking is made within this period then the full amount is required at time of booking.
A 300€ security deposit is required on arrival at the gîte.
