This lovely self catering holiday home is ideally located in the heart of Dinan on the medieval Rue du Jerzual, which is a pedestrianised street. Just a 100 metres from the ancient heart of Dinan with its wealth of restaurants, galleries, shops and bustling Thursday market.
The house retains many original features, including oak beams throughout, massive granite fireplace and oak spiral staircase.
Ground floor
The open plan living/dining room and kitchen leads out to a private enclosed courtyard.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove, electric oven, bar fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
Laundry is located next to kitchen with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The lounge/dining room is graced with a working, large stone fire place, and is furnished with a sofa and armchair, plus 2 extra chairs, coffee table, dining room table and seating for 6 people and side boards. For your entertainment there is English TV and DVD player.
First floor
The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor, and is furnished with a 4 poster double bed, bedside tables and 2 wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath/shower and WC.
Second floor
There is the 2nd large bedroom with 3 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV and video player.
The house has gas central heating. Patio furniture. Easy parking at 30 metres. Duvets and pillows provided, but you must provide your own linen, towels, or these may be rented from Getaway Brittany.
