Gite – Saint Malo - sleeping 2 adults + 3 children

This charming child friendly gite sleeping 2 adults + 3 children, located in Saint-Malo, is ideally situated only 1.5 kms from the old town of Saint-Malo (Intramuros) and 1.5 kms from the main beach (Plage du Sillon). 

Very easy access from the ferry port, the TGV main station and the airport of Dinard (Guests travelling without a car may be collected upon arrangement).

On your arrival you will receive a very warm welcome from the property owners, Monsieur et Madame Boureau, who will help you settle into your accommodation, and will present you with a welcome basket with local specialities. On Sunday morning, Monsieur Boureau is available to take the guests who are interested on a walking tour to orientate them around the town and to the coast. 

During the summer months, there is a free bus service into the old town of St. Malo, with a bus stop very near to the gite. Also within walking distance is a boulangerie (bakery) and grocery store.

This detached gite is set in the grounds of the family home (1200 m²) with beautifully landscaped south facing gardens available to guests, with children’s swings, garden furniture and a vegetable patch where guests may pick fresh fruit and vegetables during their stay. The guests have their own access to the grounds which are secluded and fully fenced. 

Guests are provided with a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a dining room table, stove (gas/electric), oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. 

The living room is furnished with a coffee table, 3 armchairs, TV (with video player) offering French channels and some English channels. The living room is also furnished with 3 single beds.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, babies cot and change table.

Located on the ground floor comprises a shower, basin and WC.

On the 1^st floor there is a large family room with a wide selection of children’s games, including a puppet theatre, football table, ping pong, mini billiard table, many board games, library, TV with video player, videos, Amstrad computer with games, armchair and sofa, and extra click clack sofa bed. 

The large landscaped child friendly gardens are fully fenced and furnished with garden furniture and children’s swings. There is also a vegetable patch where guests may pick fresh fruit and vegetable during their stay. Also available to guests during their stay are bicycles (with helmets), tricycles, fishing equipment and Nordic walking poles.

Guests have their own access to the grounds for their vehicle which can be parked near the gite.

Prices 2010

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (11.00hrs) the following Saturday.

A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
