This newly renovated one bedroom gite is on the ground floor and graced with a large window looking out over the cobbled Rue du Petit Fort, this compact gite offers a combined living/kitchen/dining area. All guests will recieve a complimentary welcome basket. Living Area For your comfort this area is furnished with two arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, DVD player, stereo system, and dining room suite. Kitchen/Dining Area A newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, convection microwave oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board. Bedroom The bedroom is situated to the rear of the gite and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom This room separates the living and sleeping areas and is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. For your convenience bed linen for all beds and towels are supplied. Important information: Rental week commences from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. However, we do try to accommodate mid-week chage-overs where possible. A 25% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date. A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
