This charming 2 bedroom cottage is situated in a quiet village setting with private garden and off road parking. The village is located 13 minutes by car from the medieval town of Dinan, and between 25 and 30 minutes by car from a selection of beautiful beaches.
The Gite: This self catering gite comprises on the ground floor an equipped kitchen, with oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and dining room with seating for 6 people and wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor is an open plan living room and dining room equipped with TV (French channels), and DVD player.
On the 1st floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms with a toilet on both the ground floor and 1st floor.
Outdoors: The cottage has a private garden with BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
The cottage is ideally situated for many day trips to visit some of the most beautiful towns and cities in the region, such as St. Malo, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel and Rennes. There are also many other attractions nearby, including beautiful sandy beaches, golf courses, zoo, water fun park, St. Malo aquarium and the legendary Brocéliandeforest of Paimpont.

Brittany Ferries drive time : St Malo - 37 minutes; Caen 2 hrs; Cherbourg 2.30 hrs; Roscoff - 1.55 hrs.
RyanAir to Dinard Airport : 30 mins by taxi.
Flybe to Rennes Airport : 1 hr drive time.
TGV to Rennes, then SNCF to Dinan, Dinan Station : 15 mins. by taxi.
Important information: Linen and towels are not provided, however are available for rental for 15€ per person.
The property has central heating.
Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.
However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-over’s where possible.
A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
