This beautifully recently renvoated stone cottage, situated in the medieval town of Dinan, offers our guests the perfect opportunity of holiday in a lovely area of North Brittany, easily accessible by air, sea, rail and road.  

This self-catering gite is conveniently situated just off the Rue du Petit Fort, a pedestrianised street,  a continuation of the Rue du Jerzual leading down from the town centre to the port of Dinan.  The gite is not suitable for guest with mobility problems.

Parking is nearby and unallocated,  (Though you may wish to practise your hill starts…)

Access to the cottage is independent of the owner's house via a garden entrance.
The Accommodation is 'cosy' but of an open design with ample natural light and comfortably renovated, retaining its charm. 

On the ground floor, the open plan lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished, with three-seater lounge, dining room table, with view onto the garden, and TV with English channels, DVD player and wireless internet.  The kitchenette is equipped with  2 hotplates, convection microwave, toaster kettle and bar fridge. 
The stairs lead to the double bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC.
The cottage has central heating, and a cast-iron-coal effect fire.
For your convenience a hairdryer, iron and ironing board is supplied.

Our guests have the use of a beautiful garden,  covering approximately a quarter of an acre on three levels with access to the upper levels by spiral staircase and stone steps. Each garden has its own special appeal and offers stunning views over the rooftops of Dinan and to the hillside beyond.

Important Information:
The cottage is available for rental throughout the year.
The cottage has gas central heating.
Linen and towels are provided, and a welcome basket is also provided on your arrival.
