This beautiful self-catering, tastefully decorated one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the medieval town of Dinan, with magnificent views of the Chateau and remparts.
The apartment, situated on the 2nd floor has an open plan living/dining room with several large windows offering views of the Chateau and old city walls. It is furnished with a lounge suite, arm chair, flat screen TV with French channels, and dining room table with seating for 4. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and small fridge with freezer.
The bedroom is situated to the rear of the apartment is furnished with a double bed and leads into an en-suite shower room with WC.
This wonderful holiday apartment is convenient for restaurants, bakeries, shops, markets and the many historical attractions the town has to offer, all on foot. An outdoor public swimming pool is an easy 15 minutes walk by the waterside.
Within a 20 mile drive the spectacular Brittany coast has wonderful walking and golden beaches. The countryside nearby offers golf and horse riding, with lakes and chateaux to visit. Dinan is within easy driving distance to St. Malo, Dinard and Mont St. Michel.

Rental week commences from 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday.
However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-overs where possible.
A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
