It is ideally situated at the very popular port of Dinan and a close walk to a fine selection of cafes and restaurants, with the convenience of a boulangerie opposite the apartment. The apartment is situated on the beautiful Rue du Petit Fort, a cobbled street lined with traditional Breton style houses dating from the 1400's, which leads up to the enchanting medieval town of Dinan, where you will find many places of interest including the Jacobin theatre, Tour de l’Horloge (clock tower), the Eglise St. Malo, the Eglise Saint Saveur, the 14th century Chateau, and Ramparts. The open plan kitchen and dining room are fully equipped, including electric stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dining room table with seating for 4 people, and highchair. Leading off the kitchen/dining room is the living room, with stunning views of the river and viaduct. The living room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, writing desk, books, wireless internet connection and French television. The main bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a dressing table. The bathroom comprises a shower and wash basin, with separate room with WC. Important information:

Winter lets available: price on request. Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday. A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date.
