This charming holiday cottage / gite in Brittany is ideally situated in lovely countryside near historic Dinan, famous for its impressive medieval ramparts, picturesque river port & narrow streets of half-timbered buildings. Mont St Michel makes a great day trip and there are many other places of interest within easy reach.
This comfortable, renovated 17 century detached holiday cottage is situated in hamlet, a short drive from Dinan.
The gite comprises on the ground floor a large well equipped kitchen/dining room (with washing maching, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer) with woodburner & sitting area with 3 seater lounge with french TV and DVD player, shower with WC, and double bedroom.
A narrow staircase leads to 1st floor with lounge, furnished with a 3 seater lounge and 2 armchairs. There is also a large screen television with English TV channels, video player, DVD player and video library. There is also spacious double bedroom with cot and junior bed. bathroom, and WC.
Further stairs lead from the lounge to the 2nd floor where there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower and WC.
Outside there is a large garden (unfenced), with ample room for outdoor games , outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Sunday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Sunday. However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-overs where possible.
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date.
A security deposit of 150€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
