The Gite: This modern house built and furnished to a high standard is very bright and airy, and comprises, on the ground floor, an open plan living and dining room with views of the harbour, and is furnished with 2 lounge suites, dining room table and wood- burning stove. For your entertainment there is English and French TV, wireless internet connection and a selection of board games. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with another dining table with views of the harbour. There is also a ground floor bathroom and WC. A washing machine is lcoated in the basement. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shower room with WC. Outside: This wonderful gite has an in-ground heated swimming pool with wonderful views of the harbour, with private garden and terrace. There is also private parking. This superb self-catering holiday home is conveniently located only a short drive from Dinan (10 minutes) where you will find a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and historical attractions. Alternatively you can enjoy a glorious walk along the Rance river from La Hisse to the port of Dinan, which would take around 45 minutes, where you will find a selection of restaurants and cafes. The gite is ideally positioned for visiting nearby popular tourist attactions such as Mont. St. Michel, Cap Frehel, The Granite coast, Rennes, Fougeres and Vitre. It is around 20 - 30 minutes by car to golf courses and the popular coastal towns of St. Malo and Dinard. Important information: The property has central heating, with under-floor heating on the ground floor. Private off road parking for guests. Private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Linen and towel bundles available for rental. Winter lets available: price on request. Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday. However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-overs where possible. A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date. A security deposit of 450€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
