Dinan is one of the most beautiful towns in Brittany and a great base for exploring other areas of the Breton countryside, including St. Malo, Dinard and Mont Saint Michel. Dinan has many historical, architectural and cultural sites to visit. Dinan's location, position on the Rance river and its fortifications originally attracted merchants trading in wool and cloth, making the town a prosperous commercial port.

This amazing property, situated in Dinan port, and featured on post cards is rich in history, as the property was originally the priory of the ancient abbey which once graced the port of Dinan, and has a cave which is over 1000 years old. It is within walking distance to a fine selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

The gite has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with large fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher separate dining room with stone fireplace and sitting area, and master bedroom with en-suit bathroom and WC, separate WC and washing machine on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor there is a further living area with wireless internet connection, TV, DVD player and drum set, bedroom 2 with double bed and private wash basin and wardrobe, bedroom 3 with double bed and private wash basin and wardrobe, bedroom 4 with twin beds and wardrobe, shower room + WC and bathroom + WC.

The gite has a private garden with parking and an entertainment area to the rear of the gite with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday. However, we will try to accommodate your specific requirements.

Short breaks possible for a minimum of three nights.
A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of 400€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
