The walled town of St. Malo that was destroyed in 1944 has been rebuilt in its original style, which renders it unique in France. While on holiday in St. Malo enjoy breathtaking views of the bay of Saint-Malo as you explore the 2kms of ramparts which surround the walled town, and discover picturesque streets and the corsair dwellings as you walk the marked pathways “Saint Malo Historique”, and visit the 9^th century cathedral and chateau. Or enjoy relaxing on one of the  beautiful beaches a short walk from your apartment, or exploring the Grand Be, the resting place of Saint Malo’s famous son, the French politician and romantic writer, Chateaubriand. While there discover the vestiges of an ancient fort which can be reached at low tide.

This 3^rd floor luxury 3- bedroom self catering apartment with stunning sea views is situated within the walls of the old town of St. Malo is within about 50 metres walking distance to a very popular sheltered beach.

This luxury apartment comprising 2 floors is furnished to a high standard with a large living and dining room, French and English television, DVD player, broadband internet and computer, and separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer and separate WC. There are 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 1 single bedroom with a chest of drawers, all with sea views, and a shower room + WC.

·         Bed linen and towels are provided.

·         Apartment is situated on the 3^rd floor with a lift.

·         No pets allowed.

·         There is a private lock up garage.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.

Short breaks possible for a minimum of three nights.
A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment
