This holiday home is great for short vacations or longer holidays. The cottage is situated in the hamlet of La Touche, an area excellent for country walks and cycling. It is one mile from the village of Plumaudan which has a restaurant, boulangerie, post office, church and tabac and is about a 10 minute drive to the picturesque and historic town of Dinan with its lovely old port, the cobbled Rue du petit Fort leading through the Jerzual gate giving access to the walled town, "La Maison du Gouverneur" (the Governor's House) and an abundance of top quality restaurants and bars.

Open plan living/kitchen area with exposed beams. Newly equipped with fridge, gas hob, electric cooker, sink, dishwasher and washing machine. All necessary cutlery and crockery is provided.
Satellite television.
One double bedroom with en suite shower, basin and WC and one twin bedroom with en suite shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Small south facing garden with patio.

Telephone: There is no telephone at the cottage, but a mobile will operate there.

Travel - There are many ferry services to Brittany available including Portsmouth to St. Malo, Caen and Cherbourg, and Poole to Cherbourg with Brittany Ferries or P&O. Flights to Brittany are available from London to Rennes, and by Ryanir, at a very attractive price, from London Stansted to Dinard. Arriving at the Brittany port of St. Malo or Dinard leaves an easy drive of about 40 minutes to La Touche. The public transport connections are good throughout Brittany and for cycling enthusiast, there are interesting routes from St. Malo to the cottage.

The house is fitted with electric heating.
Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided, but you need to bring your own linen, towels, etc.

Linen and towel service available on request at 12€ per person.

Nightly rate: 70€ (Minimum 3 nights)
A security deposit of 300 € is required on arrival at the apartment.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.

A 30 % non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
