The gite is ideally situated around 150 metres from the ancient heart of Dinan with its wealth of restaurants, galleries, shops and busy Thursday market. The ground floor is graced with a large living area/dining area, leading onto a fully equipped kitchen.                          For your convenience the kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.       The first floor is graced with another living room with fireplace and wonderful views of the rue du Jerzual. For your convenience the owner has provided Wifi internet access and French television.                                         Also situated on this floor is the bathroom with shower/bath.                                               Situated on the second floor are 3 bedrooms, all graced with original beams. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, with stunning views of the private garden.                                            Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds, and built-in wardrobe.   Bedroom 3, furnished with 1 single bed and a cot is situated at the front of the property with views of the Rue du Jerzual.                                            Enjoy the long summer evenings relaxing with a cool drink on the lovely private terrace.   Important information: Linen and Towels are provided to all guests.
