4 bedroom  self catering gite in Lancieux – walking distance to beaches.

Lancieux has been a popular seaside village since the 1880’s and continues to this day. There are several beaches to choose from with St. Sieu being the main beach with almost a kilometre of fine sand, and is protected by reefs. During the summer months there are many beach activities offered such as beach volley, sand castle and marbles competitions, sand yachting, sailing, canoeing and swimming in buoyed areas.   There is also a weekly market is held every Tuesday morning in the village.

There are also many exciting walking paths and natural sites in the area such as Le Tertre Corlieu with 15 hectares of dunes and paths with wonderful views of the peninsula of St. Jacut de la Mer and Lancieux. This area of conservation is the home to rare species of plants and orchards. 

A short drive from Lancieux there is an “all year” golf club in the village of Saint Briac overlooking the shoreline.

This area has many attractive seaside villages with scenic harbours and marinas and is characterised by rocky headland and many costal paths leading down to sandy beaches. Nearby towns include Dinard (10kms), St. Malo (17kms) and the medieval town of Dinan (28kms). 

This large 4 bedroom self catering gite in the centre of Lancieux is within walking distance to commerce and beaches.

This well appointed gite has a large dining room leading out onto a balcony with church views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, lounge room with French TV and wireless internet connection, laundry with washing machine and 2 bathrooms +WC. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. 

• Bed linen and towels are not provided, but are available for rental at 12€ per person.
• Wireless internet connection.
• Public parking is available in front of gite.
• No pets allowed.
• Garden with outdoor furniture and barbeque .

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.

A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit equal to 1 week’s rental is required on arrival.
