This beautiful 2nd floor 4 bedroom self catering apartment of 100 m² is light, airy and spacious. The stairs deliver you to a vaulted ceiling kitchen area, where the exposed stone walls and wooden beams give witness to the age of the ancient walled city. Here you can open the roof dormers and look out on the Rue de Thiers below, while you relax in this comfortable apartment. The walk to the main gate entrance to the old town can be seen from the windows, as can the ramparts.
This apartment is brimming with interesting items, collected by the property owners, through the years, and mixes the comfort of modern day living and the ancient architecture of Dinan. We have a maps & notice boards in the entrance hall with many recommendations and sights not to be missed. There are artist galleries and exhibitions to see & many special events throughout the year. This is a wonderful base from where you can explore the town, local history and the coast line.

This charming apartment has an open plan living/dining room, with French TV, radio, stero system, books, games, music library, CD and DVD player. Wifi internet access.

The fully equipped kitchen, comprises a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.

There is public parking available across the road from the apartment, and covered parking is available a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

Important Information:
Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.
However, we do try to accommodate mid-week change-over’s where possible, except for July and August.
Long term rentals are available – price on request.
Pets considered.
A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment.
