A la Carte Services    

• Property Advertising including calendar management, booking and payment services - 70 €  per year + 15% booking commission.
• Key holding services which include an interior and exterior inspection, followed by a report emailed after each inspection.

            Weekly visits or just during the winter months 45 € per month. 

            Clients subscribing on an annual basis attract a reduced rate of 40 € per month.   

• Meet and Greet services 15 € per booking (this includes arrival and departure).
• Change-overs starting at 40 € for a small 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom house or apartment.  For any larger properties an estimate would be established after inspection.   
• Extra call out service 20 € per hour and thereafter charged at 15 min. intervals.
• Alarm system emergency contact (within 20km radius of Dinan) 20 € per call out.
• Liaison services - price on request.

 Optional Extras at guests expense

• Linen bundles 15 €   per person. 
• Welcome baskets :-          

15 €  -  Milk, Tea, Coffee, Jam, Sugar, Wine, Cheese, Pâté, Bread    

30 €  -  As above + breakfast cereals and regional products.

• Airport and ferry pick ups (St.Malo ferry port and Dinard airport) 20 € each way.

Pet sitting Services

• For daily care in the comfort of your pets own home - 10 € per visit.  (please contact us for pricing for long term care).
