The SAINT-MALO region, from MONT SAINT-MICHEL to SAINT-BRIAC, sliced by the Rance estuary, is made of three main coastal towns: the elegant town of DINARD, SAINT-MALO, a city full of history, and the fishing village of CANCALE, all within easy reach from each other and offering visitors a rich palette and varied places to discover.
The walled town of St. Malo that was destroyed in 1944 has been rebuilt in its original style, which renders it unique in France. While on holiday in St. Malo enjoy breathtaking views of the bay of Saint-Malo as you explore the 2kms of ramparts which surround the walled town, and discover picturesque streets and the corsaire dwellings as you walk the pathways marked “Saint Malo Historique”, and visit the 9th century cathedral and chateau, or enjoy relaxing on one of the beautiful beaches a short walk from your apartment, or exploring the Grand Be, the resting place of Saint Malo’s famous son, the French politician and romantic writer, Chateaubriand. While there discover the vestiges of an ancient fort which can be reached at low tide.
The apartment:
This 3rd floor 3 bedroom self catering apartment with stunning harbour views is situated within the walls (intramuros) of the old town of St. Malo and is within walking distance to very popular beaches and a variety of shops and restaurants.
This comfortable holiday apartment is traditionally furnished and comprises a living/dining room, furnished with a 3 seater lounge, 3 arm chairs, and dining room table. The apartment has French television with a few English channels and a selection of books. There is a separate kitchen equipped with fridge+ freezer, gas stove, clothes dryer, coffee-maker, electric kettle and microwave.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom with harbour views, furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe and cupboard, and the twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, with city views.
The bathroom has a shower over bath + WC and washing machine.
Important information:
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but available for rental upon request.
Apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with a lift.
No pets allowed.
There is no private parking, however a weekly parking ticket can be purchased for around 15 Euros per week.
The property has gas central heating.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday.
However, where possible we are flexible with our change-over day.
Short breaks possible for a minimum of three nights.
A 30% non refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival at the apartment
