A la Carte Services    

• Property Advertising including calendar management, booking and payment services.
• Key holding services which include an interior and exterior inspection, followed by a report emailed after each inspection.
  
• Weekly visits or just during the winter months .

• Meet and Greet services  (this includes arrival and departure).
• Gite change-over cleaning.
• Call out service. 
• Alarm system emergency contact (within 20km radius of Dinan) .
• Liaison services - price on request.

 Optional Extras at guests expense

• Linen and towel bundles 15 €   per person. 
• Welcome baskets :-          

15 €  -  Milk, Tea, Coffee, Jam, Sugar, Wine, Cheese, Pâté, Bread    

30 €  -  As above + breakfast cereals and regional products.

• Airport and ferry pick ups (St.Malo ferry port and Dinard airport) 20 € each way.
